Important Information

The availability of this tour is subject to weather conditions. Therefore, on rare occasions, there may be a need to reschedule or temporarily suspend this activity. If a cancellation becomes necessary, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with at least a forty-eight (48) hour notice will not incur any cancellation fees.
• A cancellation made within 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will result in a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
• A one hundred percent (100%) penalty will apply to any cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day as the booking.
• To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Just Because Tours within the specified timeframes mentioned earlier.
