Best tour guide!!
Booked with HFI tours and went to Lethe bamboo rafting, this experience was so relaxing! The scenery was spontaneous! There were small shops on the river where you could get jerk chicken and rice & peas!! The rafts were beautifully decorated and not to mention the massage.. loved it!! Rayon was soooo FUN!! Safe friendly small business best value in Montego Bay
These guys were top notch we used Club Mobay my spouse has difficulty getting around and everything was done to assist her from gate to van waiting outside. The ride to the resort was quick and we asked nonstop questions being it was our first time in Jamaica or outside the US. Picked us up right on time on return and took us by a souvenir shop on way to the airport. Howlett island family tour is great to help your day in Jamaica. We had a slight miscommunication on my behalf due to the time difference. But they were gracious enough to come and pick us up early without any issues. They took us to where we wanted to go and do the things we wanted to do, and us back to our ship on time. Awesome! Safe, dependable, and great communication. Rayon picked us up at the airport, took our family to Blue Hole, Martha Brae, and Luminous Lagoon, and airport return from Runaway Bay. Would 100% recommend this small family company to anyone visiting Jamaica
Could not recommend this small family business enough! 5 ⭐️ It was my girlfriend and my first time in Jamaica last week and after seeing a few recommendations for your providers, we decided to message Howlett Family Island Tours. We asked quite a few questions and all were answered really quickly and professionally. We wanted to visit Bob Marley’s house and then Dunn’s River and we’re provided a very fair quote after comparing with others and we agreed to use this company. We were picked up in the morning in a very pleasant air conditioned car at our hotel and immediately felt at ease on this private tour. Our tour guide mentioned that Blue Hole near Dunns River is a better option, as it is quieter and actually not me beautiful. We agreed to take his recommendation and we were so pleased that we did so. At the Bob Marley museum we were free to wonder at our own pace and were given local tips by our driver for the day. He then took us to Blue Hole which was incredible, and far more picturesque than Dunns River. We then said we would like to go for authentic Jamaican food on the evening and he was also able to arrange this for us. When we return to Jamaica, I will definitely be using this company again. By far the best tour I’ve ever been on, and I have been on quite a few across other parts of the Caribbean. Please keep this company in mind for any tour in Jamaica
