Pick up for this adventure is available from all major hotels, Villas and Airbnb’s. Once your booking has been completed we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm your location and pickup time.

Important Information

The availability of this tour is subject to weather conditions. Therefore, on rare occasions, there may be a need to reschedule or temporarily suspend this activity. If a cancellation becomes necessary, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with at least a forty-eight (48) hour notice will not incur any cancellation fees.
• A cancellation made within 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will result in a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
• A one hundred percent (100%) penalty will apply to any cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day as the booking.
• To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Just Because Tours within the specified timeframes mentioned earlier.
